When I first found out I was going to photograph this Serendipity Garden wedding in Oak Glen, CA I knew that this wedding was going to be nothing short of a fairytale. This gorgeous outdoor venue is tucked away along the mountain’s edge just southeast of Yucaipa, CA. The view from just about anywhere here is simply breathtaking, but I have to say my favorite part was the magical horse-drawn carriage that the bride rode in on; it’s every little girl’s dream come true.

Serendipity Garden features a comfortable bridal suite and a beautiful barn that can be used both as a getting-ready location for the groom or a rustic reception area! The upper level features a beautiful open area that overlooks the hillside.

For John and Denise, this day truly was a dream. They promised to love and cherish one another among their closest family and friends along with a lush green mountainside. Their reception followed shortly thereafter that incorporated their mutual love for the outdoors was decorated by an abundance of fresh hydrangeas, framed personal photos from their lives and probably the cutest freaking cake topper I’ve ever seen.

I loved this nature-themed wedding cake! The forest decor on top was the perfect fit for a Serendipity Gardens wedding! The top of the cake featured jelly beans and rock candy, along with miniature pine trees as a nod to the couple’s love of nature and hiking.

The bride and groom shared an emotional first dance as their guests looked on with warm smiles!

After the sun set, the groom invited his mother to the dance floor to honor her and share a few moments together.  Newlyweds cut cake at their Serendipity Garden wedding reception in Oak Glen, CA
