Coyote Hills Golf Course Wedding

About Coyote Hills Golf Course

In 1996, two-time championship winner Payne Stewart and Cal Olson built Coyote Hills Golf Course on 250 acres of land nestled in the hills of northern Fullerton. Since then, the property has become known not only an award winning golf course, but also one of Orange County’s most beautiful event and wedidng venues with exceptional service!

Ceremony & Reception Areas at Coyote Hills Golf Course

Coyote Hills Golf Course offers four different areas spanning over 3500 square feet for you to host your event in addition to their 22,000 square foot Pavillion clubhouse.

Ceremonies are often held under the gorgeous wisteria draped pergola that includes a view of the venue’s iconic waterfall near the 18th hole. The space includes an elevated stage that’s great for use as an altar, reception cake table, or Sweetheart table. If you’re hosting your ceremony at another location, this space also makes for a wonderful outdoor reception area!

Inside the Pavillion clubhouse is the 3000 square foot Vista Falls ballroom. The space features stunning floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the terrace and waterfalls as well as 20ft high ceilings. The Vista Falls room can fit between 250 to 300 guests depending on your event style.

If you’re hosting a smaller event, or want an additional area for guests to enjoy cocktail hour before inviting them into the reception space, the Vista Falls room can be split into two rooms, creating the Pointe Ballroom that can comfortably host 80 guests. This space also gives you and your guests access to the terrace and still gives you a great view of the waterfalls.

Photo Opportunities

With the right photographer, great photography options here really are endless! There is plenty of opportnity to make creative and beautiful wedding photos at Coyote Hills Golf Course.

Near the terrace there is an adorable little bridge that leads to the golf course. It’s surrounded by trees and a little creek flows beneath it. This is one of my favorite spots to take the bride and groom for photos.

Near the 18th hole there’s also a beautiful waterfall and pond area that’s great for taking pictures. I love that the placement of the waterfall is on the west side because it means that around sunset you’ll always have a beautiful golden glow in the sky behind this scene! It makes for amazing pictures!
