While it might be no biggie to pick out your primary wedding color, it can sometimes be a challenge to pull together an entire wedding palette that looks good. Our friends over at The Black Tux have taken out the guesswork and put together some great inspiration boards to help you get your #weddinginspo on, Spring 2018 Edition! Let’s look a at few of the style boards they created!

Blush & Grey

Blush and Grey Spring 2018 Wedding Inspiration

This first look is a classic and understated combination of blush and grey tones that you simply can’t go wrong with. You could also take this elegant and timeless look to the next level by adding in small touches of other pastels, copper tones or rose gold like these adorable chair signs from Happily Ever Etched!

Lilac & Green

This next color combo is perfect for the classy bride who’s looking to add a bit of drama to her wedding day color scheme. This lilac and deep green combination would look incredible against a garden ceremony scene, like one of these dreamy spots at Calamigos Ranch! Other colors that go great with this combo are shades of cream and light tan. In this example, I love that they’ve taken a non-traditional approach with the cake and used a deep bold green for the frosting; dramatic but classy!

Slate & Moss

Next on the list is this ultra classy look! Slate, a deep blue and moss are the perfect compliment for your look if you’re using succulents in your bouquets and decor. Personally, I’m loving the blue tux trend on grooms/groomsmen. It’s a sophisticated and subtle alternative to the classic black and white look!

Pantone Color of the Year: Ultra Violet

Pantone Color of The Year 2018 Ultra Violet Wedding Inspiration

Last, but certainly not least is a very special look to celebrate the Pantone Color of the Year pick for 2018! Purple tends to be a favorite among the brides here at Photography by Belinda Philleo so I’m sure this will be a popular pick!  By combining varying shades of violet you can create the ultimate ultra violet wedding palette. I would recommend going with a true ultra violet color on the more prominent details, like the bridesmaid dresses, linens and bowties. Then you could tie in lighter shades from the same color family to balance things out a little bit. The mood board shows some great examples of how you could select different tones to tie everything together for the ultimate Pantone friendly wedding day!
