If you’ve been following along with my blog or my work for any period of time, you’ll know that I can’t resist a wedding venue with a great view!
Occasionally I enjoy the privilege of assisting Gary Coelho Photography a second photographer on some of his weddings. While I love working directly with clients, it can be such a fun and rewarding experience to assist another photographer because it’s a chance to document the day from another viewpoint, without the pressure of being the primary photographer. Some time ago I assisted Gary with this Coto De Caza Golf Club wedding in Southern Orange County.
Here in California, we’re fortunate to have so many incredible spaces to choose from for weddings. We’ve got mountains, beautiful banquet halls, golf clubs, forest locations, urban warehouse spaces, and so many more that sometimes it can be hard for couples to narrow it down! The thing I love about Coto De Caza Golf Club weddings is that you get a little of both. At Coto De Caza Golf Club, you get the convenience of a golf club with everything onsite and incredible service. They also have spaces for you and your bridal party to get ready. Lastly, you get this incredible view from the ceremony area that’s connected to their stunning 44,000 square foot, craftsman style clubhouse! A short distance away from the ceremony is their beautiful pavillion area that features a fantastic view of both the golf course and a serene waterfall.
See what I mean about the incredible ceremony view? What an amazing backdrop!
Since the wedding colors were blue and white, I love that the groom chose a unique and stylish tie. It stood out from the solid colored ties of the groomsmen!
As the bride made her way down the aisle, her husband to be was overwhelmed! What an adorable moment!
The clouds had rolled in by now and took the ceremony scene from an amazing view to absolutely EPIC! I love it!
The couple chose soft blue and white hues for their decor. I’m in love with these soft blue velvet table cloths, it adds such a luxurious element to the reception! Tall glass centerpieces with white hydrangeas, dusty pink roses and little pops of blue hydrangeas topped each table. Each guest’s seat was marked by a gold colored wood name engraving, which I thought was an elegant touch and a cute souvenir.
Thank you so much for stopping by to see this sweet and romantic Coto De Caza Golf Club wedding!
