Bilal & Sarah’s beautiful Brandview Ballroom wedding in Glendale was the epitome of classic elegance!
The Brandview Ballroom is Glendale’s largest event venue and is part of L.A. Banquet’s collection of luxury event venues in Los Angeles. The historic space was originally built in 1921 and has been updated in recent years to restore the ballroom’s intricate beauty and opulence. Boasting 13,000 square feet of elegant Art Deco style decor, Brandview Ballroom is the perfect customizable space for both intimate affairs and larger celebrations. Some of my favorite features of this venue were the grand spiral staircase at the entrance and the breathtaking Italian crystal chandelier that greets you as you come up the stairs into the main ballroom!
One of my favorite spots for photos at Brandview Ballroom is this incredible gold-leaf spiral staircase. There, I was able to take this gorgeous bridal portrait of Sarah, looking absolutely stunning in her blush bridal gown. One of my absolute favorite images of this past year!
The couple chose to share their first look atop the staircase with the incredible chandelier as their backdrop. Great choice if you ask me!

Of course, we had to get a few photos of the couple on the staircase as well. I loved being able to get this wide-angle view of the incredible scene.
The couple chose to go with a classic white, gold, and blush color scheme and all-white Chiavari chairs that complemented the existing ballroom decor. Guests were greeted with an array of delicious food and custom-made chocolate wedding favors with a personalized label from the couple.
When it was time for Sarah & Bilal to make their big entrance, the talented guys from Fusion Zaffa led the way with an incredible, high-energy zaffa performance! Personally, this was my first time photographing a zaffa so I was excited to see it all play out! Let me tell you, they did not disappoint!!
