Desiree was this year’s winner of the Summer Photoshoot Giveaway. I was thrilled when she asked if she could bring her husband along for her session in celebration of their 5 year anniversary. I love working with couples, so this was a treat for me!
We got together a few weeks before the session to throw around some ideas for location, theme and outfits. Desiree & Christos love to dance, so it was really important to them that we included that in their session. Another request that they wanted to do something on the beach so that they could play in the water. I suggested making it a picnic theme, that way their session would tell a story of a couple celebrating their love and dancing on the shore. After some exploring, Desiree & Christos decided that a romantic night in Newport Beach would be the perfect setting for their anniversary photos.
