Getting Ready at Walnut Grove
One of the many thoughtful features of this venue is the on-site bridal suite and groom’s area, designed to make your wedding day preparations stress-free and enjoyable.
- The bridal suite is equipped with a vanity and comfortable seating — ideal for hair, makeup, and relaxing with your bridal party.
- The groom’s suite offers a private, enclosed outdoor space for the groom and groomsmen to hang out and prepare before the festivities begin.
Both preparation areas are available up to 2.5 hours prior to the ceremony, giving you plenty of time to add those final touches or even schedule a memorable first look moment before guests begin to arrive.
The Ceremony: Say “I Do” in the Walnut Grove
The heart of the venue is, of course, the ceremony site nestled within the walnut grove itself. As you make your way towards the aisle on a paved brick walkway, you’ll be flanked by fragrant rose bushes and surrounded by the soft rustle of leaves overhead. The late afternoon sun filters through the trees, creating a warm, golden glow – the kind of natural lighting photographers dream of!
This setting not only feels magical in person but also translates beautifully in photos, making for stunning ceremony photographs that you’ll treasure for years to come.
Cocktail Hour
After your “I do’s,” guests are invited to enjoy a charming cocktail hour on a large brick paved patio. Picturesque space provides a naturally beautiful and relaxed atmosphere for mingling, sipping signature drinks, and enjoying light bites. There’s ample space for yard games, live music, or a cozy lounge setup to help your guests settle into the celebration.
The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour is seamless, allowing your guests to stay immersed in the natural beauty of the space while you and your wedding party take portraits nearby.
