Hotel Maya Wedding in Long Beach, CA
I recently had the privilege of helping out as an associate photographer alongside Gary Coelho and Pixel Perfect Wedding Films on a beautiful wedding at Hotel Maya in Long Beach, CA.
Hotel Maya is a beautiful hotel and event space, a hidden gem based in Long Beach near the Queen Mary. The outdoor ceremony area rests against a backdrop of the water and the Long Beach skyline. The tropical style decor complimented the couple’s under the sea themed reception perfectly and gave us so many neat textures and backgrounds to work with.
The bride and groom, Rick & Vivian, had such a special ceremony. It was officiated by the groom’s sister, which made it extra unique. During the reception, Vivian and the best man surprised her new husband with a special sing-off performance!
