Scope of Work & Services
Portable, on-location studio setup
Includes professional backdrop and lighting equipment, individual headshot sessions of approximately five to seven minutes per person, including one professionally retouched image
signature editing style
Signature natural editing style to ensure polished, true-to-life results, including color and exposure correction, straightening, and cropping. Additional retouching is available upon request for an added fee
turnaround time
Final image delivery within four (4) weeks of the session date
seamless delivery
Images delivered via a secure online gallery for easy downloading and sharing of high-resolution JPEG files

* Retouching includes professional blemish removal, stray hair cleanup, glasses glare reduction, and subtle skin smoothing. Permanent features such as tattoos, scars, moles, or freckles are preserved unless removal is specifically requested. Any advanced or more extensive retouching requests may incur additional fees and will be quoted as needed.

Billing Terms & Conditions
To secure the session date, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Clients may choose from one of the following payment options:
- Option 1: A 50% retainer due upon booking, with the remaining balance invoiced after the session and payable within thirty (30) days of the session date (Net 30).
- Option 2: A 30% retainer due upon booking, with the remaining balance due at the conclusion of the photography session. Images will not be released or delivered until full payment has been received.
Session dates are not confirmed until the required retainer has been received.
