The Session
Reveal & Design
Planning
On the day of your session we'll bring your vision to life! I'll use fun and playful posing techniques to help your family look great and enjoy their time in front of the camera. Afterward, I'll share a couple of sneak peaks for you to enjoy while I edit your images for the big reveal.
Don't hire a photographer just to have your images hidden on a USB! I will walk you through some inspiration for how to best display your images for maximum enjoyment. We offer an entire suite of professional quality wall art and albums, or you're welcome to create your own!
Together we'll create a complete plan for a successful family session. We'll discuss your overall vision and style, locations, outfits, and family's individual needs so we can create a fun and engaging session for the whole family that results in images you will cherish!

WE're nervous about being in front of the camera, is that okay?
Can you help me plan my session?
Don't worry! It's perfectly normal to feel this way. I've got some tricks up my sleeve to help you and your family relax and look great in front of the camera. It's not uncommon at the end of the session for my clients to me that it was wayyy more fun than they expected!
Absolutely! On your first phone call I'll walk you through a visualization exercise that will pinpoint what's most important to you for your session. After you've booked me, we'll setup a meeting to plan out all the little details together!

Can you custom design a display for my home?
Do we have to buy prints from you?
Nope! Your session will include high resolution images with a print release on a custom USB in a keepsake box. You're welcome to print as you please! Most clients prefer to create their gift prints (8x10 and smaller) on their own and then order the larger wall art and heirloom albums from me so they don't have to worry about the logistics of design or quality issues.
Yes, absolutely! Before your reveal I'll send you a guide for how to take a picture of any wall you'd like to design a display for and I'll show you some mock-ups of your favorite images in your OWN home before you ever place an order and create a customized quote to fit your needs.
Anyone these days can snap a few photos right from their phone, but not many have mastered the technical aspects of photography required to create consistent, high-quality photographs that you can count on during life's big moments!
